We ship orders within 24 hours of confirmation, as a rule the same day if you order before 12:00. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

For Austria and Germany the shipping cost is fixed and does not depend on the order value or the weight of the shipment. For the Czech Republic and Slovakia the cost depends on the carrier and delivery method chosen; you will see the final price in the cart before completing the order.
After shipping you will receive the parcel tracking number by e-mail.
