Refund policy

We apply a 30-day return period: after buying an item you can request its return within 30 days.

The item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, contact us at info@filamentor.io. Please note that returned goods must be sent to the following address: Hala 5, Komerční 567, 251 01 Nupaky 

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
On delivery, check your order and contact us immediately if the goods are defective or damaged or if it is the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and put it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example perishable goods (food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), made-to-order products (custom orders, personalised items, etc.) and personal care products (cosmetics and similar). We also do not accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or doubts about a specific item, contact us.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept the return of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you want to get the desired goods as soon as possible, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.


14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the goods are delivered within the European Union you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason, without having to state it. As indicated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, we will inform you whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to you automatically within 10 business days via the original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card issuer may also take some time to process and record the refund.
